कोई भारतीय नागरिक भारत से नेपाल हवाई यात्रा कर रहा है तो उसे वीज़ा की ज़रूरत नहीं होती, लेकिन इमीग्रेशन क्लेरेंस के लिए जरूरी डॉक्युमेंट्स की ज़रूरत होती है। अगर जरूरी डॉक्यूमेंट आपके पास नहीं है तो इमीग्रेशन क्लाइम्स आपको नहीं मिलेगा और आपको ऑफलोड होना पड़ेगा किसी भी हालत में आप यात्रा नहीं कर पाएंगे इसलिए बहुत जरूरी है कि आपको नेपाल जाने के लिए डॉक्यूमेंट की जानकारी हो:
नेपाल में हुए विद्रोह के कारण भारत सरकार नेपाल न जाने की सलाह दी है स्थित सामान्य होने तक।
भारत से नेपाल यात्रा के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज (भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए)
- भारतीय पासपोर्ट (जिसकी वैधता समाप्त न हुई हो)
- भारतीय मतदाता पहचान पत्र (Voter ID card)
- जन्म प्रमाण पत्र (Birth certificate ) साथ में आधार कार्ड या जिसमे फोटो हो
- स्कूल आईडी कार्ड
- कोई ऐसा डॉक्यूमेंट जो भारत सरकार ने या एंबेसी ने जारी किया हो और नेपाल यात्रा की अनुमति प्रदान की गई हो ऐसे डॉक्यूमेंट पर भी इमीग्रेशन क्लीयरेंस मिल सकता है
- 65 साल के अधिक उम्र के परिवार के साथ राशन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, CGHS कार्ड आदि के साथ जा सटे हैं।
अन्य जरूरी दस्तावेजहोटल बुकिंग या ठहरने का विवरण (Stay Info)कभी-कभी इमीग्रेशन अधिकारी यह पूछ सकते हैं कि आप नेपाल में कहाँ रुकेंगे। इसलिए होटल बुकिंग, रिश्तेदार का पता या निमंत्रण पत्र साथ रखना अच्छा रहेगा भारतीय मतदाता पहचान पत्र (Voter ID card) Election Commission of India द्वारा जारी किया गया original कार्ड होना चाहिए।
Note: फोटोकॉपी मान्य नहीं होगी साथ में ओरिजिनल डॉक्युमेंट पर आपकी जानकारी साफ-साफ प्रदर्शित हो रही हो फोटो नाम पहचान और मिस मैच होने की स्थिति में भी समस्या का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।Aadhaar card, PAN card, driving license आदि नेपाल यात्रा के लिए मान्य नहीं हैं। यदि आपकी डेट ऑफ बर्थ वोटर आईडी कार्ड पर साफ प्रदर्शित नहीं है या पूरी नहीं लिखी है तो इन डॉक्युमेंट का इस्तेमाल फोटो पहचान और डेट ऑफ बर्थ वेरिफिकेशन के लिए किया जा सकता है इसलिए इनको साथ में अवश्य रखें।
केवल 18 साल से ऊपर के यात्रियों के लिए Voter ID मान्य है। बच्चों के लिए अलग डॉक्यूमेंट्स चाहिए 18 वर्ष से कम उम्र के लोगों के लिए अलग अलग डाक्यूमेंट्स की जरूरत पड़ती है जो बच्चे स्कूल जा रहे है उन बच्चों का इमीग्रेशन क्लेरेंस के लिए स्कूल ID card होना चाहिए साथ में उनके माता पिता में कोई भी एक साथ में यात्रा कर रहा हो।
बच्चों के लिए जन्म प्रमाण पत्र birth certificate पर नेपाल की यात्रा वैध है पर इमीग्रेशन नियमों के अनुसार यात्रा दस्तावेज पर फोटो होना अनिवार्य है जो की जन्म प्रमाण पत्र पर फोटो नहीं होती है। इसलिए जन्म प्रमाण पत्र के साथ यात्रा करने पर बहुत समस्याएं आती हैं इमीग्रेशन क्लीयरेंस मुश्किल हो जाता है।कभी-कभी गलती से या जल्दबाजी में इमीग्रेशन क्लीयरेंस बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट पर मिल जाता है और वापस आने पर बहुत दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ता है बर्थ सर्टिफिकेट के साथ बच्चों का आधार कार्ड होना अति आवश्यक है क्योंकि आधार कार्ड पर बच्चों की पूरी जानकारी और फोटो लगी होती है इसलिए दोनों डॉक्यूमेंट के साथ यात्रा की अनुमति मिल सकती है।
बिना पासपोर्ट के जो बच्चे नेपाल की यात्रा कर रहे हैं माता-पिता में से कोई एक का होना आवश्यक है सभी डाक्यूमेंट्स में व्यक्तिगत नाम के साथ माता-पिता का नाम और एड्रेस भी उसकी पहचान के लिए आवश्यक है। क्या बिना माता-पिता के कोई बच्चा विदेशी यात्रा कर सकता हैअगर 18 साल के काम बच्चे माता-पिता के सिवा किसी अन्य के साथ यात्रा कर रहे हैं तो एफिडेविट साथ में होना अति आवश्यक है कि किसके साथ जा रहे हैं उनका क्या रिलेशन है और क्यों जा रहे हैं माता-पिता की अनुमति पत्र (affidavit हलफनामा) अवश्य साथ उन बच्चों को उनकी यात्रा विषय को देखकर कुछ मामलोंमें होना चाहिए।
जिन बच्चों की उम्र 12 साल से ऊपर है में छूट दी जा सकती है। कोई भी भारतीय नागरिक जिसके पास भारतीय पासपोर्ट है वह नेपाल जा रहा है तो उसके साथ में कोई अन्य दस्तावेज की जरूरत नहीं है उसके पास कंफर्म टिकट जिसका बोर्डिंग पास होगा। कोई वैध यात्रा कारण होना चाहिए वह आसानी से जा सकता है।
कोई ऐसा भारतीय व्यक्ति जो रोड के रास्ते नेपाल की यात्रा पर जाता है और वापसी हवाई मार्ग से भारत में प्रवेश करता है तो उसे व्यक्ति को इमिग्रेशन नियमों के अनुसार सभी जरूरी दस्तावेज इमीग्रेशन के लिए चाहिए अन्यथा उसको समस्याओं का सामना करना पड़ेगा।इमिग्रेशन नियमों के अनुसार जिन दस्तावेजों पर यात्रा वैध है उन्हीं दस्तावेजों पर यात्रा अनुमति मिलेगी, किसी भी प्रकार का दबाव जोर जबरदस्ती में आपको यात्रा अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी कोई गलत डॉक्यूमेंट पेश करने पर आपके ऊपर कानून कार्रवाई भी हो सकती है उचित डॉक्यूमेंट ना होने पर यात्रा की अनुमति नहीं मिलेगी इसलिए नेपाल की यात्रा करने के लिए आपको सभी दस्तावेजों की जांच पहले करके ही टिकट करवाना चाहिए.
