A disembarkation card, also known as an Indian arrival card or Immigration form, is a legal document that travelers must fill out when entering in India, providing immigration authorities with necessary information about the incoming passenger. Read the disembarkation card carefully and take it to your immigration center. This form is only for foreigners to fill out.
ऐसे यात्री जिनके पास किसी अन्य देश का पासपोर्ट है उन्हे भारत में प्रवेश करने के बाद और इमग्रैशन से पहले इस फॉर्म को भरना होता है जिसका उदेश भारत में आपके रुकने का स्थान मोबाईल नंबर आदि की जानकारी प्राप्त करना होता है। परंतु डिजिटल अराइवल कार्ड यात्रा शुरू करने से 72 घंटे पहले इस फॉर्म को भरना है जिससे यह अराइवल फॉर्म इमिग्रेशन ऑफिसर के सिस्टम में डायरेक्ट दिख जाता है यात्री को फॉर्म भरने की जरूरत एयरपोर्ट पर नहीं पड़ती। यात्री इस फॉर्म को सुस्वागतम “Su-Swagatam app” ऐप से भी भर सकते हैं।

The physical filling of the Disembarkation Card will continue till the system of digital filling of the Card is stabilized, The Disembarkation Card physically or online through the website the Visa Indian https://boi.gov.in https://indianvisaonline.gov.in and also through the Official “Indian Visa Su-Swagatam” (Mobile app) 72 hours prior to their arrival.
Indian immigration shall ensure wider publicity of this facility, in consultation with Indian Missions/Posts abroad.

भारत में रहने वाले सभी विदेशियों की जानकारी सरकार को देना Foreigners Act, 1946 के तहत जरूरी है। - सुरक्षा कारणों से यह पुलिस और इमिग्रेशन विभाग को पता रहता है कि कौन विदेशी मेहमान कहां ठहरा हुआ है।
